What I liked most was how fast they could put a decent load on my plate compared to the flaky broker I used to deal with. I run a single truck in the PNW and after two years of chasing leads, MetroMax's dispatchers actually call, lock things down, and handle the back-and-forth so I can focus on driving - not perfect every time, but a clear step up. Only gripe: sometimes the rates are a bit low, but the time they save makes sticking with them worth it.
