Jeanie Boehm's review of The MetroMax Group
When a last-minute flatbed got rerouted to Tacoma and I wasn't told until I hit the weigh station, I nearlly missed the appointment. I used to run with a local dispatcher who called me directly and fixed problems on the spot; MetroMax does find better-paying loads and negotiates rates well, but their updates are slow and their supprt feels less personal - hit-or-miss. After eight years hauling the PNW I like not having to babysit paperwork, yet I'm disapointed when a simple reroute turns into a day-long headache; torn about going back to the old dispatcher even though some lanes pay noticeably better here.
