I've used The MetroMax Group for about a year and a half. Getting started was shockingly quick - their onboarding rep took our paperwork and insurance proof, walked me through the billing setup, and had us moving loads in under a week. We run 100 trucks and after seven years of bouncing between dispatch systems I braced for chaos; instead one persistent contact stayed on the phone late to sort a hiccup on the first night and that prevented the usual headaches. The interface is simple enough that drivers plugged in without me babysitting every step. If slow starts and paperwork are your nightmare, their onboarding makes that week far easier than I expected.
