I can snap POD photos and grab signatures offline then watch them autoy synk once I hit a tower - that one feature cut my end-of-day paperwork down a ton and I realy appreciate it. Only gripe is the map can be laggy over narrow passes so sometimes I still pull over and use paper, but the app is solid for daily use.

Three years, mostly using the mobile app. It’s great at pulling up loads and PODs fast - handy on rainy PNW mornings with my three trucks - but editing pickups or rerouting on the fly is clunky and slow so I end up on a laptop or calling dispatch, which leaves me both relieved it works and annoyed at how much time it wastes.
