Adonis Kerluke's review of Ninja Dispatch
Bottom line: for the cost, Ninja Dispatch paid for itself within about two months. The single feature that made me happiest was the load auto-assignment - it knocked out a ton of dispatcher busywork so we avoided hiring extra temps during peak hauls. I run 75 trucks in the Pacific Northwest and after eight years of trying different systems, predictable per-truck pricing and quick setup mattered more than flashy extras. The UI has a few rough edges and a couple integrations were a little clunky, but the time saved on phone calls and fewer missed pickups made the subscription worth it.
