Jennie Crona's review of Ninja Dispatch
Last Thursday a load bound for Chicago stopped reporting GPS halfway through and Ninja Dispatch marked it "delivered" long before our driver actually pulled into the dock. We had to call the driver, the shipper and then wait on chat support while the server lagged - not the kind of scramble you want at 10 p.m. I run about 40 trucks in the Midwest and after 20 years I depend on tools that don’t leave me guessing; when Ninja Dispatch is on, the tracking and driver messaging work cleanly and cut down on needless calls. But those intermittent outages and delayed status updates have cost us time and patience more than once this month. If your operation can absorb occasional hiccups and you like a tidy dashboard, it can be useful - just be prepared to double-check critical runs during peak times.
