I've used Ninja Dispatch for three years. Last winter, when an axle failure put one of our rigs out of service two hours from a customer, I reassigned the load from the dashboard and the new driver had the instructions and uploaded the corrected BOL in under ten minutes - that fast reassignment stopped what would have been a detention charge and kept the consignee informed. It isn't flawless - reporting slows on heavy days - but that one capability has paid for itself many times over managing 55 trucks across the Southeast.
