All 16 reviews →App crashed mid-route when I was trying to upload a POD - that freeze cost me a $250 late fee and an angry broker call. After 18 years on the road in the Southeast I expect a phone app that actually saves uploads; this one keeps failing to send docs, flips time stamps and is impossible to use with gloves, total waste, didnt trust it after today.
After managing a 55-truck fleet in the Southeast for twelve years, I expected onboarding for another dispatch platform to be slow and full of back-and-forth. DispatchCircle’s customer support surprised me: a single rep stayed on a screen-share for nearly three hours to import our legacy CSVs and correct driver assignments, then sent clear step-by-step notes the next morning. The hands-on help made rollout painless, though clearer in-app instructions for scheduled reports would have saved a bit more time.
Used DispatchCircle for about a year and a half. Most days it looked fine on the dashboard, but when I needed to update a load status out on the road the app would freeze or the map wouldn't load - turned a simple drop into two hours of phone calls and a $180 detention fee because the receiver thought we were late. Customer support took forever and the offline mode felt like an afterthought for West Coast routes; frustrating, I'm switching back to a system that actually keeps up.
