App crashed mid-route when I was trying to upload a POD - that freeze cost me a $250 late fee and an angry broker call. After 18 years on the road in the Southeast I expect a phone app that actually saves uploads; this one keeps failing to send docs, flips time stamps and is impossible to use with gloves, total waste, didnt trust it after today.

Used DispatchCircle for about a year and a half. Most days it looked fine on the dashboard, but when I needed to update a load status out on the road the app would freeze or the map wouldn't load - turned a simple drop into two hours of phone calls and a $180 detention fee because the receiver thought we were late. Customer support took forever and the offline mode felt like an afterthought for West Coast routes; frustrating, I'm switching back to a system that actually keeps up.

...their support team actually picked up my call and stayed on the line until it was fixed. Had a weird ELD upload + billing mismatch and Maria jumped into a screenshare, found a tiny CSV column error in like 10 minutes, fixxed it for me and even emailed a screenshot guide so I won't do it wrong again. Super quick and friendly, thx.
