Responsive customer support is what initially impressed me, though that strength is undercut by inconsistent follow-through. I've managed a 200-truck fleet in the Southwest for 30 years, and Freight Girlz reps will sometimes resolve broker issues and paperwork immediately, while at other times callbacks drag and small document mistakes require repeated escalation. I'm genuinely torn - there are real benefits when you get a proactive person, but the variability means I can't rely on them for every load.
