Bottom line: the service works, but I’m not convinced the price is worth it for a fleet like mine. Their team eased the daily grind - quick broker calls and fewer headaches for drivers - but the commission structure ate into already thin per-load margins more than I expected. For a single owner-operator that tradeoff might make sense; with 150 trucks the fees compound and we probably would have been cheaper hiring one or two dispatchers on payroll. Communication was solid and drivers liked the follow-through, so it’s not a failure - just an expensive convenience. Run the numbers before you sign, because this felt like a luxury option rather than a cost-saving one for our scale.
