Their portal showed the load as "confirmed" the whole time, which meant I was chasing brokers and talking drivers off the ledge while their dashboard lied. If you need a reliable hand when schedules break, FreightGirlz was not it for us - unanswered phones and flaky confirmations ended up costing real dollars and a lot of trust.
