…their dedicated dispatcher was the thing that actually moved the needle for us. Midway through a blizzard one of our reefers got rerouted and the dispatcher handled the broker calls, updated the driver, and lined up a safe spot - by the time I woke up the next morning the load was back on track. After 25 years in the business managing 120 trucks in the Midwest, I rarely hand off that level of control, but their single-point communication removed a ton of friction. The only gripe: every now and then you get a different face on the desk and there’s a short lag while they catch up, which is why I stopped at four stars. Still, for hands-on coordination at odd hours they delivered where we needed it most.
