Bottom line: Super Dispatch cut our billing cycle time almost in half thanks to its electronic BOL/POD workflow. We used to cobble together spreadsheets, faxes and driver texts - every load meant chasing paper and retyping information into QuickBooks - whereas now photos and signed BOLs upload automatically to the load and push into billing, which eliminated a week of back-office churn. With a 55-truck fleet in the Southeast and twelve years managing operations, the reliable automatic attachments and timestamps are what made me happiest.
