Compared to the on-prem TMS we'd relied on for years, Super Dispatch makes paperwork and POD capture far easier through the driver app, but its live updates and workflow automations felt less predictable and often demanded manual overrides that the old system handled with simple status flags. I manage 200 trucks across the Southwest and that split personality - slick mobile tools paired with flaky real-time breakpoints - left me genuinely torn: excellent for document handling, frustrating for day-to-day dispatch reliability.
