I've been managing a 150-truck fleet in the Northeast for 28 years and the Super Dispatch mobile app has been a daily headache. Drivers get booted out of loads mid-route or the GPS freezes, and the photo upload for PODs times out so often we end up redoing paperwork at delivery - every minute of that is a driver's paycheck gone. Those failed uploads and phantom location drops cost us thousands in detention fees and delayed invoices last quarter alone. Support put us on the usual ticket loop with canned responses and an “update soon” that made things worse after the last patch. For day-to-day usability this app is unreliable; we reluctantly reverted to paper for PODs to stop losing money.
