Jennie Crona's review of Super Dispatch
The real-time tracking is the thing I liked most - it finally lets us see where trucks actually are without a dozen driver calls. Compared to the ragged Excel-and-text workflow we ran for years on our Midwest lanes, that visibility is night and day and dispatchers can breathe a little easier. That said, the billing and reporting pieces feel like they were tacked on; exports come out messy, custom fields don't behave how our accounting team needs, and I still spend hours cleaning invoices. Onboarding was heavier than the demo made it seem, and a handful of drivers griped about the app until we tweaked settings. I'm torn: it fixed a very real operations pain, but it hasn't replaced the back-office work that really eats our time, so I can't give it more than a three.
