The real-time driver safety alerts are the standout improvement compared with the telematics system we used before. We run 250 trucks across the Southwest and, after 15 years managing fleets, those instant notifications cut our incident review time dramatically and made driver coaching far more timely. Reporting exports are still a bit rigid and we sometimes pull raw files to massage data the way we want, but for visibility into risky driving Azuga is a definite upgrade.
