Getting drivers signed up and sending real-time locations was much faster than I expected. The invite links by SMS/email worked cleanly and most of my people were live within a morning - GPS pings started showing up almost immediately. I run twenty trucks in the Northeast, and rolling the app out across different phone models was quicker than previous rollouts with other vendors. The only snag was convincing a few iPhone users to enable background location; the help articles pointed us right to the setting so it wasn’t a long delay. Cuts down on status calls and gives the visibility we needed, so I’m giving it four stars.
