Getting our drivers onto a new system usually means a week of chaos, but Onfleet's onboarding call and their CSV route template made day one far less brutal than I'd expected. After 18 years in the Northeast running a fifty-truck outfit, I was really happy that the template auto-mapped our address fields correctly and created tasks without me babysitting every row. The driver app was simple enough that calls to dispatch dropped noticeably the first afternoon. Small hiccup: a couple of GPS pings were off for a few drivers and the WMS sync took a day to settle, but nothing that stopped us from rolling it out. Solid for a quick start if you need to get a mid-sized fleet moving fast.
