What sold me was the live ETA accuracy: when it says 15 minutes it actually means 15, and my three-truck Midwest operation stopped getting hammered with status calls so I could focus on running things instead of babysitting routes.
I've used Bringg for about a year. Compared to the old GPS-only system we ran, customers like the live tracking and automated texts - way fewer calls - but the driver app is clunky, eats battery, and forces extra status taps at every stop so it slows me down on dense routes. Proof-of-delivery photos have saved my butt more than once, yet ETA guesses wobble enough that I still call dispatch, so I'm honestly torn.
Bottom line - Bringg kept deliveries visible when we needed it most. We run three trucks in the Pacific Northwest and during a recent snow squall its tracking queued locations and pushed accurate timestamps and proof-of-delivery photos as soon as drivers reconnected, which stopped the phone from ringing off the hook and closed a billing dispute.
