Jalon King's review of Bringg
On the Tuesday before Thanksgiving our route engine stalled and two priority deliveries were rerouted an hour late, causing a retail client to demand credits. We pay a premium for Bringg's 'real‑time' visibility and that failure costed us over $3,000 in refunds and extra driver hours - not acceptable for what we were billed. I'm a fleet-manager with 15 trucks and five years experience in the Southeast, and the slow support response plus no meaningful billing adjustment makes this feel like a poor value.
