Fleet manager - 35 trucks, seven years in the Southwest. What really caught my eye was the live ETA updates: when carrier feeds were clean the ETAs were usefully accurate for cross-border hauls and cut down on pointless calls, but when sensor jitter or delayed carrier pings crept in the system pushed constant recalcs and alerts that felt noisy and noticably disruptive. I'm torn - it can save hours of manual chasing, yet we ended up doube-checking the dashboard more than trusting it, so it's helpful but frustratingly inconsistent.
