The reliability was the standout feature - alerts hit immediately when a refrigerated trailer's temperature began drifting, and that prompt notifcation saved a load. I run a 35-truck fleet in the Southwest and after seven years in logistics I expect tracking to work when it matters; OnAsset did not miss an event during a week of storms. The dashboard is clear so dispatch could act fast without digging though logs, which is what counts in a real incident.
