I liked the live condition alerts, but the dashbaord is clunky compared to what we used before. After moving from a simple Excel/GPS feed we'd relied on for five years the extra detail helps flag problems early, yet it also floods us with minor alerts that bog down dispatchers - it's usefull for incidents but noisy. For a 15-truck outfit in the Southeast it's a mixed bag; I'll keep the sensors but wish the interfacee and alert tuning matched the leaner system we left.
