...so we signed up expecting quick wins, but the onboarding was a headache. Linking carriers proved fiddly - feeds arrive in different formats and Savi's standard connectors covered only about half our partners, so our IT team had to build adapters. We're an admin staff running roughly 100 trucks in the Pacific Northwest and after seven years in ops I can tell you every hour spent normalizing data is an hour not spent fixing real problems. That said, once live the tracking and alert noise cut down a lot of frantic calls; the dashboard gives a usable timeline even if getting there felt like a chore. I'm torn - it's genuinely helpful when it's up and running, but plan for a slow, hands-on start unless your carriers already play nice.
