Morton O'Reilly's review of Decklar
The real-time ETA predictions were the thing I liked most - they actually cut down the time we spent chasing updates. I run a 20-truck fleet in the Northeast, and within a month Decklar reduced manual check-ins by roughly a third, which translated to real dispatch hours saved. The price felt a little steep at first for our size; subscription fees aren’t cheap and there’s some onboarding work. But when you factor in fewer detention charges and reclaimed staff time, it paid for itself in about two to three months for us. If you’re tight on cash it might sting, but for cutting follow-ups and getting cleaner ETAs it was worth the outlay in my experience.
