Bottom line: Tive failed to alert us during a critical inland‑to‑port transfer and we lost a $28,000 pharma load. The tracker stopped reporting GPS for about 18 hours while the trailer sat at a terminal, the temperature trace shows a flatline then a sudden spike but no automated alerst reached dispatch, and by the time we recieved a notification the product was out of spec. From our 15‑truck operation in the Southeast this single failure cost us that client and created hours of manual triage with Tive support, who were slow and gave contradicting diagnostics - unacceptable.
