Bottom line: Infor Nexus saved us from a hefty detention bill when a container was misrouted last month. Late one evening the dashboard pushed an alert about an ETA shift and a carrier note that didn’t match the bill of lading; the map showed the box trending toward Everett instead of Tacoma. I logged in, called the broker, and we diverted a local truck before it reached the wrong gate - probably saved us three idle hours and a pile of driver frustration. What really made me happy was how the alert bundled the carrier message, ETA history and GPS breadcrumb in one screen so I didn’t have to hunt through emails. It’s not perfect - the UI can be clumsy and onboarding took time - but for avoiding costly layovers it’s become part of how we run our 75-truck operation in the Pacific Northwest.
