Two weeks ago a box of my freight was rerouted at the last minute and Nexus pinged an ETA change before the broker even knew - saved me from running to the wrong dock. I'm a Midwest company driver with six years on the road, and the subscription felt steep at first, but that one alert probably saved us a detention fee and a pissed-off customer, so economically it paid for itself fast. Not cheap, but when it actually stops you from paying out, it's worth the price to me.
