After ten years on the road with two trucks, I pulled Pando into our stack during a brutal January run to see if it could cut the chaos. Half the time the live tracking and ETAs were dead-on and tendering stopped a ton of needless calls, but a couple of times - when a load went sideways - the app showed everything green while I was running around chasing drivers and missed windows. Support eventually sorted things out, and I like the idea, but I’m honestly torn: it helps until it doesn’t, so I won’t rely on it alone for my tight runs.
