Bottom line: the mobile app is useless when you need it most - constant crashes and wrong ETAs turned a normal day into chaos. I'm a dispatcher on the West Coast with 30 trucks and after one freeze we missed two pickups and paid hundreds in detention; the app still showed shipments "on time." Push notifications either never arrived or showed up 20 minutes late, and updating statuses is slow and clunky, which killed our schedule and made it impossible to escalate quickly.
