Jennie Crona's review of GoComet
Bottom line: GoComet wasn't worth the price for our operation. They sold us on cutting freight spend, but between the steep monthly subscription, onboarding fees, and per-shipment surcharges we still pay, the math never worked - we wound up paying more than the handful of savings their rates produced. I manage a 40-truck fleet and have been in the business for 20 years in the Midwest, so I know where the money leaks are; the promised automation dropped a lot of work on my schedulers instead of removing it, and that extra labor cost ate any theoretical gains. Support was slow and some features we were told would be part of implementation were billed as premium add-ons, which felt like bait-and-switch and cost us a couple of missed loads during a busy season. If your primary goal is to save money quickly, this was a disappointment - pricey without the payoff.
