Bottom line: the real-time tracking and ETA accuracy is the feature that actually moved the needle for us. Where other TMS platforms give you a vague "in transit" stamp, GoComet feeds lane-level ETA updates and driver pings into a single timeline, and those ETAs were much closer to actual arrivals than I expected. That accuracy cut down our dispatcher check-in calls by nearly half and made coordination with carriers far less frantic on tight load days. After seven years in operations and managing roughly 100 trucks across the Pacific Northwest, I can tell you predictable ETAs save real hours and headaches. Not perfect - the mobile app sometimes glitches in very rural spots and alert customization could be clearer - but the tracking alone earns this a solid four stars from me.
