Used it for about a year. The ETA-change feed is the feature that stood out - saved me from a costly detention once by catching a real shift in arrival, but it also spits out tiny 10–20 minute nudges non-stop and ends up creating more calls and confusion; helpful and annoying at the same time. I'm an owner-operator up in the Northeast with 7 years experience, and I keep going back because when that feed's right it's great, but it definately needs better filtering.
