Got the API key and thought it'd be quick, but the first container feed took a few days to look reliable. Docs are decent - examples for requests are clear - but mapping carrier event names to our fields was fiddly and required extra parsing on our side. Support helped, though not always fast. What kept me from loving it is that initial setup needed a couple of back-and-forths with a rep and some custom transformations to get ETAs to match how my dispatchers think about arrivals, which ate up a week I hadn't budgeted. For 20 trucks and a Northeast loop it now mostly works and saves us calls to carriers, but getting there felt like paying for a car and doing the tune-up yourself.
