Eino Hirthe's review of Vizion
When a container sat at the Tacoma terminal for three days and our rebooked truck driver was about to clock extra hours, Vizion's ETA-change alert was the only thing that let us pull him off the job before detention kicked in. I work on admin staff for a fleet of roughly 100 trucks in the Pacific Northwest and have seven years handling ocean imports, so avoiding those surprise fees is a big deal for us. The price felt steep at signup compared with cheaper tracking tools, but that single, reliable ETA feed - no more chasing carrier emails - paid for itself fast by stopping one or two costly detention events. If you run a mid-sized operation like ours, the cost is defensible; smaller outfits might balk. Four stars because the value matched the spend for the problems it solved, but I’d like to see a more flexible pricing tier.
