What stood out was the predictive ETA feature - when an inbound vessel hit a berth delay the app pushed updated pickup windows before anyone on the phone even knew, so I didn’t have trucks sitting idle for hours. I’m an owner-operator with three trucks in the Southeast and nine years of running loads, so that kind of heads-up actually saves me cash and a lot of headaches. Only gripe is the map view gets sluggish when I pull several containers at once, but the ETA nudges make it a four-star tool for us.

Bottom line: the app’s live updates can save time, but inconsistent push notifications make it unreliable for tight-day planning. After twenty years on the road through Midwest ports and rail yards I appreciate the carrier timestamps when they arrive, yet too often the handoff from terminal to drayage sits unchanged for hours or the app lags - so I check it first, then still have to call to confirm.
