Last Friday my emergency pallet got rerouted and I needed an updated ETA ASAP. StarBriges' real-time tracking actually showed the van's progress down to city streets and the dispatcher updated the ETA 3 times so I didn't have to babysit the load, realy saved me a headache. Only ding is the app sometimes lags in heavy cell areas, but for same-day runs their live tracking is what sold me on using them again.
We use StarBriges when something can't go through our normal network. Usually a part that's holding up production or a shipment with a delivery window we really can't miss. Last one picked up around 6pm and delivered before our plant opened the next morning. No issues.
2-8C shipment and I probably asked more questions than necessary before booking 😂 They confirmed the equipment before pickup and I had the delivery documentation when our QA team asked for it. Product arrived in range. That's really all I care about.
