We use StarBriges when something can't go through our normal network. Usually a part that's holding up production or a shipment with a delivery window we really can't miss. Last one picked up around 6pm and delivered before our plant opened the next morning. No issues.
2-8C shipment and I probably asked more questions than necessary before booking 😂 They confirmed the equipment before pickup and I had the delivery documentation when our QA team asked for it. Product arrived in range. That's really all I care about.

Their tracking actually matched what was happening on the road , I stopped sitting around waiting for phantom ETAs and was getting called when things changed, which for a PNW owner-operator tight on miles made a real difference. Only gripe: rates ran a bit higher than the cheapest guy, but the time saved made it worth it most days.
We've done three shipments with them so far. All three delivered on time. I'd like the documentation to come through a little faster after delivery. Last shipment I had to ask for it, but they sent it over pretty quickly once I did. Operationally no complaints.
