Had a hospital order that suddenly became VERY urgent. Sent the details over, got a call back, freight was moving that afternoon. I don't want to have that kind of day again lol but if I do I know who I'm calling.
We use StarBriges when something can't go through our normal network. Usually a part that's holding up production or a shipment with a delivery window we really can't miss. Last one picked up around 6pm and delivered before our plant opened the next morning. No issues.
2-8C shipment and I probably asked more questions than necessary before booking 😂 They confirmed the equipment before pickup and I had the delivery documentation when our QA team asked for it. Product arrived in range. That's really all I care about.

Only gripe: rates ran a bit higher than the cheapest guy, but the time saved made it worth it most days.
