I've used it for about 18 months and the mobile app is the one thing that actually saves my day. The live ETA/map updates are dead-on, customers stop calling and I can reroute or confirm pickups without digging through paperwork. After twenty years on the road on the West Coast, it's rare to find an app that just works when you're hustling between loads.
We use StarBriges when something can't go through our normal network. Usually a part that's holding up production or a shipment with a delivery window we really can't miss. Last one picked up around 6pm and delivered before our plant opened the next morning. No issues.
2-8C shipment and I probably asked more questions than necessary before booking 😂 They confirmed the equipment before pickup and I had the delivery documentation when our QA team asked for it. Product arrived in range. That's really all I care about.
