Bottom line: they rescued a Friday-night trade-show crate and got it to Atlanta by 7:30 a.m., which kept my client from losing their booth. Our warehouse missed the cutoff and I expected a fight, but StarBriges dispatched a sprinter, the driver sent photos of the load and the app's live pings kept me from calling a dozen people - small things but they mattered. I've been moving freight in the Southeast for 12 years with a fleet of about 50 trucks, so I'm picky; gave one star less because invoicing took forever to reconcile, but the delivery itself was solid.

We use StarBriges when something can't go through our normal network. Usually a part that's holding up production or a shipment with a delivery window we really can't miss. Last one picked up around 6pm and delivered before our plant opened the next morning. No issues.

2-8C shipment and I probably asked more questions than necessary before booking 😂 They confirmed the equipment before pickup and I had the delivery documentation when our QA team asked for it. Product arrived in range. That's really all I care about.

...switching to StarBriges from the broker I used before was night and day. Their tracking actually matched what was happening on the road , I stopped sitting around waiting for phantom ETAs and was getting called when things changed, which for a PNW owner-operator tight on miles made a real difference. Only gripe: rates ran a bit higher than the cheapest guy, but the time saved made it worth it most days.
