We had a shipment from NC to Ontario with a pretty unforgiving delivery time. What I appreciated was they asked about the requirements before saying yes. I've dealt with carriers who say “no problem” first and figure out the details later. This one went smoothly.
We use StarBriges when something can't go through our normal network. Usually a part that's holding up production or a shipment with a delivery window we really can't miss. Last one picked up around 6pm and delivered before our plant opened the next morning. No issues.
2-8C shipment and I probably asked more questions than necessary before booking 😂 They confirmed the equipment before pickup and I had the delivery documentation when our QA team asked for it. Product arrived in range. That's really all I care about.
