At first their expedited rates seemed higher than the usual brokers, but their flat-fee same-day option saved us a bunch on last-minute trade show hauls from the Bay Area, no surprises on the invoice. That predictable price plus decent speed made it worth it for my runs; not cheap, but when a crate has to be there on time it's money well spent.
We use StarBriges when something can't go through our normal network. Usually a part that's holding up production or a shipment with a delivery window we really can't miss. Last one picked up around 6pm and delivered before our plant opened the next morning. No issues.
2-8C shipment and I probably asked more questions than necessary before booking 😂 They confirmed the equipment before pickup and I had the delivery documentation when our QA team asked for it. Product arrived in range. That's really all I care about.
