Airport recovery in ORD. Cargo release took forever and changed our pickup timing twice. StarBriges stayed on it and still had the driver there when freight was finally available. Anyone who deals with airport freight knows why that matters.
We use StarBriges when something can't go through our normal network. Usually a part that's holding up production or a shipment with a delivery window we really can't miss. Last one picked up around 6pm and delivered before our plant opened the next morning. No issues.
2-8C shipment and I probably asked more questions than necessary before booking 😂 They confirmed the equipment before pickup and I had the delivery documentation when our QA team asked for it. Product arrived in range. That's really all I care about.
