Real-time tracking was the best part, so finally I could watch my load move instead of getting ghosted with vague ETAs. I switched from a big broker that always missed windows and played phone-tag; I'm an owner-operator in the Southwest and StarBriges LLC actually showed up same-day like they promised, no drama. Price was fair and drivers friendly, so yea, definately sticking with them.
We use StarBriges when something can't go through our normal network. Usually a part that's holding up production or a shipment with a delivery window we really can't miss. Last one picked up around 6pm and delivered before our plant opened the next morning. No issues.
2-8C shipment and I probably asked more questions than necessary before booking 😂 They confirmed the equipment before pickup and I had the delivery documentation when our QA team asked for it. Product arrived in range. That's really all I care about.
