I've used StarBriges for three years. Their dispatch actually picks up on weekends and once rerouted a load around a Seattle snowstorm in under an hour that call alone saved me a day's deadhead and kept my three trucks rolling in the PNW after 25 years on the road.
We use StarBriges when something can't go through our normal network. Usually a part that's holding up production or a shipment with a delivery window we really can't miss. Last one picked up around 6pm and delivered before our plant opened the next morning. No issues.
2-8C shipment and I probably asked more questions than necessary before booking 😂 They confirmed the equipment before pickup and I had the delivery documentation when our QA team asked for it. Product arrived in range. That's really all I care about.
