Their live tracking is the single feature that made me stick with StarBriges. It wasn’t just a blinking dot, the system pushed ETA adjustments, driver check-in photos and automatic geofence alerts straight to our dispatch board, which let me reassign loads during a last-minute port closure without a dozen phone calls. I manage 75 trucks in the Pacific Northwest, and when a highway washout forced a cascading reroute those minute-by-minute updates kept a shipment on schedule. Only gripe: the mobile app lost GPS in a couple of mountain passes and ETAs jumped 15–20 minutes on rare runs. Still, that level of visibility has saved us time and headaches enough times that they stay on our preferred carriers list.
