Half the time the real-time tracking and quick-accept features genuinely speed up day-to-day work, but the app also freezes during load acceptance, loses notifcations, and the UI makes small tasks annoyingly fiddly which costs us minutes that add up. I'm torn - when it behaves it's helpful, but the unpredictability makes me hesitate to rely on it completely.
